Our story

A roadside kitchen with a family-hall heart.

Amrat Restaurant sits on the Barnala–Bajakhana highway — a stop for truckers at 3 a.m. and families on Sunday afternoons alike. The kitchen runs around the clock so a hot thali is never more than a few minutes away.

Inside, the family hall stays cool and quiet. Outside, plastic chairs gather under shady trees, snacks hang in bright rows, and the tandoor never really stops.
